Qigong for a Magnificent Menopause
I use this sequence with menopausal women because many of us need a bit of help during this incredible but tumultuous rite of passage.
These forms are designed to help women find peace during the emotional volatility that can come up in menopause (+peri/post).
It was recorded for clients and workshop participants to remind them of the different forms. But it's great for anyone dealing with challenging emotions.
I would normally spend 10/20 minutes doing this sequence - so this is a faster/shorter version which you can expand on in your own time.
