  1. Who is the Natural Menopause Method for?

    It's for any woman who either wants to prepare herself for perimenopause, is going through it, or who has stopped bleeding and is starting on her postmenopausal journey.

  2. What if I am already taking HRT?

    My programme works equally well for women on or off HRT. I have no judgements. Some clients choose to take it and others not.  The natural solutions I work with have no impact on HRT at all! If anything they can help to alleviate some of the side effects and symptoms that HRT doesn’t reach. 

  3. Is it hard, will it be fun? 

    The Natural Menopause Method is designed to open up new healing opportunities, NOT take up all your precious time, set you homework, or force you out of your comfort zone.

    Menopausal women have enough challenges to manage without adding on more pressure!

    This protocol is nourishing not punishing. 

    A light hearted approach to menopause can make the difference between health and sickness.  Humour can harmonise many of the challenges and in the face-to-face sessions we will be tapping into the power of hilarity! 

  4. How do I know which bits of the program will work for me?

    I will guide you through a rich array of powerful healing modalities and you can experiment with them all and see what works best. In the live coaching calls you can focus on whatever resonates with you most and delve into those.  

  5. How is the Natural Menopause Method any different to other menopause support services?

    I’ve personally taken part and trained in dozens of self help and personal development workshops and each had their own pros and cons.

    But more often than not, I felt like these programs fell short in two really essential ways. 

    Firstly, the support…

    Almost all of the programs I’ve done offered really good learning opportunities but whenever I signed up, I was left to my own devices to try and succeed on my own.

    And secondly…

    Many of the menopause offerings focus on just one healing method, like nutrition, or herbs, or meditation. As someone who practises many natural healing arts I’ve found it impossible to work with clients on just one without tapping into others. 

    For example, if someone isn’t breathing properly because they are so stressed, overwhelmed and locked into their body, there is no point telling them they should eat more broccoli and less fast food! It doesn't make much difference! 

    So when you join The Natural Menopause Method, you’ll be supported from start to finish and you can enjoy a taste or a deep dive into all that we offer until you find the right solutions. 

  6. Will this work for me?

    This isn’t easy to answer.

    Because even though I have literally travelled the world and scoured the internet to find the most powerful naturopathic solutions, I’ve gone on to use them successfully with many clients, building this program step-by-step to be as effective and easy to follow as possible… there is no one size fits all.

    So the truth is I can’t GUARANTEE that it will work.

    Because at the end of the day, no matter what I put in front of someone, if they don’t commit and follow the steps agreed in our consultations, they might not get anywhere.

    BUT if you DO show up, if you DO follow the program, and if you DO take those steps to a happier, healthier, more fulfilled you, as most of my clients have before you – then YOU WILL see change.

  7. How does it work?

    I work with a small group of select clients to ensure I’m able to give my participants the close mentorship they need to progress and liberate themselves from their existing mental, physical and emotional limitations. 

    As well as the course materials, which you can look through in your own time, you’ll be part of a dynamic and non-judgemental workshop environment designed to take you straight to your goals.

  8. What’s included?

    The course materials consist of: 

    - Videos to take you step by step through the different healing methods and natural solutions you need to live and thrive in your Menopause.

    - Online one-to-one coaching with me at the beginning, half way through, and at the end of your Natural Menopause journey.

    - Group calls where you can get direct support from other women and members of my team. So if you ever get stuck, you can quickly get help and advice.

    - A friendly and inspiring community. This is possibly one of the most key elements. Once you accept your invitation, you’ll be part of a friendly, funny and smart community of women.
