Menopause in the Workplace

Employers can nurture women on this journey, watch them bloom and bring even more value, or they can hinder them, maybe even losing them entirely.

Many of the women I work with have left work due to a crash in confidence, brain fog or just feeling that they can’t perform in the way that they used to.

But it needn’t be that way. Women in middle age are the fastest growing demographic in the workplace. They have so much wisdom, skill and experience to offer.

Reasonable adjustments can make all the difference to allow women in the menopause transition to bring the very best of themselves to the workplace.

Demystifying Menopause: What is it really like? What do regulators expect? What is your company already doing and what more could it do to develop and retain top talent?

2) Transforming the Workplace

Who For? Senior Managers + 4/5 employees.
8-12 people. (2 - 4 hrs)

Involving employees & managers in developing Menopause Policies and practices including: How to start a conversation; Individual Risk Assessments; Making reasonable adjustments.

3) Rest and Rebalance

Who For? People in Menopause Transition.

Any Age. Face to Face (1.5 /2hrs). 6-12 people. Can be 1-6 sessions.

From HRT to Yoga - Introducing participants to pharmaceuticals, food, herbs and movement practices that can offer relief from menopause symptoms.

4) Becoming More You

Who For? People in Menopause Transition.

Any Age. Face to Face. (2.5/3hrs). 6-12 people. Can be 1-6 sessions.

Re-finding yourself and your unique talents; Inspiring peer support; Exploring how to create environments that allow you to be your best self at home and at work.
