Natural Menopause Method
Optimal health and happiness is a life’s journey but menopause is a particularly potent time to do a bit of a personal M.O.T, and give your mind and body what they need to flourish. My protocol involves four key steps with bespoke elements targeted to your particular needs.
Step 1) Mood Food
Nourish Your Way to Balance.
Mood Food is absolutely critical to a sense of vitality and emotional balance that lasts throughout the day. Mood Food is the foundation of our programme. An added bonus is that the protocol also aids weight management and brain fog.
Step 2) Fitflow Yoga
For an increased sense of vitality, energy and motivation.
A gentle but dynamic movement practice for cardio health, bone strength and weight management. Designed for women who feel they have lost muscle strength and fitness. Cardio-yoga can leave you feeling stronger, energised and more confident.
Step 3) Sereni-Qi
A Journey through Qigong to Emotional Freedom.
The ancient energy practice of qigong will help you to tap into how you actually feel on the inside and your ever-present inner peace, innate power and clarity.
This 4-thousand-year-old healing art form softens anxiety and anger, fostering both a deep sense of safety and dynamic tranquillity.
Step 4) Becoming You
A path to self discovery inspired by Ancient & contemporary practices.
One to one coaching and/or group calls, work in a more targeted way to unpack some of the baggage that is weighing you down, causing anxiety or fury.
We will gently shine a light on the emotional challenges that menopause makes much more obvious, with an invitation to firstly rest and then break through your own glass ceiling!
